Sunday Eucharist 10.30 am. Wednesday Eucharist 10.15 am.
* All major Saint Days are celebrated with an evening Eucharist at 7.00 pm [see Calendar.]
· Every first Sunday of the month is a Eucharistic ALL AGE SERVICE. · Every third Sunday of the month there is a themed afternoon service at 3.15am. Taize to Healing! · A reflective style PRAYER GROUP meets in church from 8-9pm, once a month. See calendar. · PRAISE & PLAY—first Wednesday 1.30pm, and first Friday 9.30am, of the month. Play and worship for 0-5 years and their carers. · The thriving SUNDAY SCHOOL meets during the first part of every service except for the ALL AGE SERVICE, in which they take part.

Community Events HOLY COMMUNION is celebrated in two local residential homes: Brandwood 10.45am and Ashlands 2.00pm on the first Monday of every month.

MONDAY CLUB for the RETIRED of any age.
PRAISE & PLAY
BELL RINGING—Every Wednesday at 7.30pm. Anyone can learn and tuition is free. A novel way to keep fit and make friends. No charge.
G Squad YOUTH GROUP for teenagers, Friday from 6.00pm. See Calendar.
SINGING LESSONS—with Janet Lancaster. Individual and group lessons—variety of styles. Excellent results. Every day of the week 4.00-9.00pm. There is a charge.
GRANGE BRASS—Brass band rehearsals. If you ever wanted to play in a band with a group of like minded people of all ages—this is for you. No charge. Dates and times in calendar. |

St Nicholas, Newchurch, Rossendale, has been here since 1511. Over the generations it has been a place where people have laughed and cried, prayed and worshipped, and found the peace of God.

The worship is modern catholic, reflective and spiritual but above all, happy and welcoming. The Sacrament is reserved in the church and all major Saint days are celebrated with the Eucharist. Everyone is made to feel welcome here. |

Church open Every Friday from April—October Mon—Fri. 4.00-9.00pm. 10.00—12.00 noon. Wed—9.15-11.30am. Sun— 9.00-1.00pm. At other times: contact the Vicar. |

Toddler Group with a difference.1.30pm for the school on the first Wednesday of every month, and for Mothers and Toddlers on the first Friday of the month at 9.30am. No charge.

Members enjoy a social night out. The group meet twice a month, once for an Emmaus type course and discussion, and the other for getting to know each other. |
