Newchurch is located between the cities of Bury and Burnley, one and a half miles from the town of Rawtenstall. Enter Rawtenstall from Bury, and pass the Asda store on your LHS. Turn right at the traffic lights into Newchurch Road. Follow this road for a mile and a half until you come to Newchurch village. The church is located behind the Blue Bell inn / Boars Head inn on your RHS. It has a rather large weather vane on top of its tower.
Enter Rawtenstall from Burnley, via Crawshawbooth, and you pass a BP Garage on your LHS before coming to the same set of traffic lights as above. Turn left at the lights into Newchurch Road.
